2. Estimates & Payments

• Free estimates are valid for 30 days.

• A deposit may be required for certain services.

• Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule with at least 1 hours notice.

• Pearl Landscaping may reschedule services due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Liability

• Pearl Landscaping is not responsible for pre-existing property damage or issues beyond our control.

• Customers must notify us of underground utilities or special concerns before service begins.

5. Messaging Terms and Conditions

By signing up for SMS messages from Pearl Landscaping, you consent to receive text messages regarding services, promotions, and updates.

• Message Frequency: Messages will be sent as needed based on customer communication needs. Customers may receive message up to once a month based on service needs.
